• The Empoda medievalism (Peratallada, Canapost, Cruïlles, Ullastret, Palau-Sator, Pals, La Bisbal, Girona, etc.)
• The iberic route (Clots de Sant Julià and iberic center population of Ullastret).
• L'Estartit-Illes Medes and sailing.
• Grecorromans settlement of Empúries.
• The old part of Girona.
• Places of special interest such as les Gavarres and les Alberes; the mountain range of Montgrí, the "daliniana" route (Figueres, Cadaqués i Púbol)
• The ciutadella of Roses, a visit to the arrival of fishing boats in Palamós .
• The natural park of Cap de Creus and "aiguamolls de l'Empordà ".
